3 fun-filled days

  of yoga, meditation, workshops, movement, inspiration and so much more located in a quaint rural town nestled against the Rocky Mountain Front.
This inclusive festival is meant for you - everyday people/all levels.  Featuring 20+ teachers sharing their love of yoga, movement, and community.
Each day will be filled with a gentle/yin/restorative class, a vinyasa or active class, a workshop/lecture and a specialty class (think meditation, sound bath, myofascial release, pilates, etc.) at every time slot.
